This notice explains how Athenry Maths handles the personal details you give us. It is written in plain English and kept deliberately short.
Who we are
Athenry Maths (Teresa), Athenry, Co. Galway, is the data controller for the information you submit. You can reach us at Athenrymaths1@gmail.com or 086 302 3758.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, the student's year and level, what you're interested in, and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange tuition. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our service.
Who processes it
Your submission is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), our email provider (to receive and reply to your message), and a cookieless analytics provider that measures site usage without tracking you or setting cookies. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email Athenrymaths1@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
